Experienced Proposal Manager / Project Leader / Scientist with several years of industrial and postdoctoral experience with a PhD degree in Chemistry, from one of the top Universities. This professional is looking to further their experience towards a commercial area and find an interactive and multidisciplinary interface.

 

Current Salary: £55k

Location: North Cambridge


We have met and interviewed an experienced Proposals manager/ Project Manager / Scientist who is looking to use their skills and knowledge of working within a growing organisation.


Skills

  • Writing and implementing proposals
  • Managing projects and leading client meetings
  • Leading role in the development and implementation of MAPPs assay (MHC class I and class II) available now for commercial use at Abzena. 
  • Good Experience of Regulatory procedures


Summary

With a background of working in prestigious organisations within laboratory and commercial environments in and around the Cambridgeshire area.


Some of their experience includes: 

  • Responsible for the development of LC-MS/MS methods for in vivo quantitation of analytes and metabolites in pre-clinical and clinical drug development. 
  • Responsible for managing individual projects and parts of cross-group and multiple-site projects. In charge of planning and managing experiments and resources, reviewing the data, preparing presentations and reports and leading client meetings.
  • Involved in developing and performing cell-based assays and analytical methods to evaluate the potency, purity, identity, product characterisation and stability of proteins and protein conjugates
  • Responsible for managing the proposal process from RFP receipt to proposal delivery, as the key link between technical SME – BD – Sales teams. In charge of sites and global proposals and amendments delivery.
