We have an experienced Business Development Manager who is looking for their next opportunity with a background of selling IT/SAAS solutions, DevOps, and Cyber security.   


They are a proactive self-starter with proven success of managing and growing international territories. They are looking for a salary base of Salary £55-£65k + OTE.


Current Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 +OTE
Location: Cambridge

They have exceptional organisational skills, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse, interpret and manage data, and a high level of attention to detail, an ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and adapt easily to new environments or procedures.

They have excellent administrative experience as well as supporting managerial tasks and their professional skills include:   

 

·  Maintained fourfold annual pipeline growth while driving a +45% conversion rate, collaborating with the Business Development Team to review warm leads, build relationships, and deliver bespoke solutions.

·   Exceeded mid-year targets by 120% by securing new enterprise accounts, which entailed conducting strategic market analysis and innovating tailored solutions.

·   Secured $3.5M+ government contract, navigating complex sales cycles and driving substantial revenue growth

·   Achieved 133% of sales target, generating $830K+ , while serving as Sr. Business Development Executive

    Earned commendation from senior executives for blend of transformational approach to leadership, customer-focused mentality, coaching abilities, and solutions-oriented approach to solving customer problems.
