This involved driving sales growth from £9million to £93million over 8yrs through developing strategic partnerships, national and international growth and getting the right people onboard to assist with the delivery across the world.

- Authored two long-term plans, presented to shareholders, management and staff and achieved backing and funding
- Created a new business unit to broaden their offering to a focussed market
- Created partnerships with group companies to establish new units in Ireland and India
- Steered the company through the COVID pandemic, supporting teams to cope with massive growth whilst managing a new way of working
- With the approval of the shareholder, headed the formation and execution of a buy-out plan for the business, presenting to and attracting Venture Capital funds, negotiated an agreed deal, built integration plan with VC fund and achieved sign-off from shareholder
