We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our clients team in Mildenhall. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and developing and maintaining relationships with key and new accounts whilst providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Manager, you will be:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Analysing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Attend trade shows

As a Sales Manager you will have:

• Previous experience sales/account management role
• An understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proactive and results-oriented
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
