HIRED - Sales and Service Manager

The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for helping the sales team to achieve company goals while also overseeing the customer service department to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves strategizing, training, and supporting teams to enhance sales performance and provide exceptional service. The Sales and Service Manager will collaborate with other departments to create growth opportunities, improve processes, and develop relationships with key clients.

As the Sales and Service Manager you will be:

• Taking incoming sales enquiries and orders

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients

• Helping to identify opportunities for growth and new business

• Processing Sales orders

• Managing the Sales inbox

• Processing sample requests

• Liaising with logistics, purchasing and accounts departments

As the Sales and Service Manager you will have:

• Proven work experience in a similar role

• An understanding of customer service principles 

• A commitment to meeting customer needs

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to handle customer sales and service issues 

• The ability to handle multiple priorities
