Out of Hours Team Leader | £27,000 + Bonus

Would you like to join a professional company and enjoy a role where you will be looking after the out of hours operations of the business, and its customers?  Due to expansion our client is looking for a Out of Hours Team Leader helping to liaise with customers and engineers to join their team in Newmarket.

The Team Leader requires, great communication and organisational skills. This organisation is offering a friendly, supportive environment and can offer long term career prospects, with excellent benefits, including cycle to work scheme, company social events, and Perkbox.

As the Team Leader you will be:

• Leading the team in coordinating engineers to sites
• Providing training and development to the Team
• Ensuring all the operations are carried out efficiently
• Analysing KPI’s and identifying areas for improvement
• Managing the resourcing of Engineers and staff

As the Team Leader you will have:

• Supervisory and Engineer allocation experience
• Ability to prioritise your work load and great communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Dispatch/scheduling experience
• The desire to work outside of normal working hours, evenings and Saturday
