Customer Service Advisor
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive team at our client’s company in Newmarket as a Customer Service Advisor. This role forms part of the Customer Service team and will consist of processing a high level of orders per day for their largest client, along with general customer support.
This is an exciting and fast paced role and will require great attention to detail and a calm, proactive attitude. With great potential for growth within the business this role has everything going for it.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
• Responding to orders raised via customer portal
• Process orders through company systems on time and
accurately
• Assist customers general queries relating to their order
• Keep CRM systems up to date
• Monitor and track orders for successful delivery
• Liaise with other departments and warehouse where necessary
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
• Great communication skills
• Proficient IT abilities
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive nature and problem solving skills
