We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic 'perople' person to join our client as a Customer Service Advisor.

You will be working within a busy and vibrant team where everyone pulls together and no two days are the same.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be:

Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from customers and clients

Responding to emails

Managing emergency appointments

Delivering exceptional customer service

General administration duties and keeping the system up to date

As the Customer Service Advisor you will have:

Great communication skills

The ability to prioritise your workload

Confidence working to provide great customer service

Some customer service or admin experience
