Are you an Administrator looking for the next position to build your career? Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their business. You will be the type of person that enjoys a varied and project based work load where no two days are the same and would love to work as a Business Support or Office Administrator.
You will be supporting a team with their day to day office and business needs so one day it could be minute taking, filing or the next you could be arranging appointments and following up on enquiries.
If you love working with a team and being the go to for any office administration support then this position could be of interest to you.

As the Office Administrator you will be:
• Providing administration support to the internal team
• Report Writing, Typing and filing along with minute taking
• Using your experience of using InDesign to assist with some of the projects.
• Making sure that there are enough office supplies
• Ordering what is needed
• Business support with administration
• Following up on enquiries and dealing with clients
• Diary management and appointments for teams
As the Office Administrator you will have:
• Experience of working in an administrative support role in an office environment
• Comfortable with using Microsoft office packages and Indesign
